Elle-amie is a boutique brand strategy studio for founder-led brands.

Most of the founders who come here are already successful; their company works, the revenue is there, and the reputation is established. What is not always clear is whether the brand still reflects who they are now, or whether it is still being led from a version of them that has already evolved.

I work with founders whose companies are built around them in a real way. Their thinking shapes direction, their standards shape culture, and their name carries weight in the rooms they enter. When that kind of brand begins to feel misaligned, it cannot be corrected through visuals or messaging alone. It requires a deeper understanding of what has been built and who it was built from.

This work begins with the founder. Not to reinvent them, and not to create a persona, but to clarify what they are here to build and what they are willing to stand behind at this stage of their life and leadership. From there, we refine the company’s position in its industry. We make deliberate decisions about what it stands for, what it no longer stands for, and how it should move forward with clarity and authority.
